Facilitated Diffusion
Speaker: Ryan Moore
In the Facilitated Diffusion, the Cell Membrane allows the certain molecules to enter in or out the cell. The protein helps allow the molecule to go in the cell from the high concentration to low concentration. There is no energy/ ATP being use in this diffusion. The solutes help the molecules go down the path to the concentration gradient, which show the molecules and the ions moving across the cell membrane representing the passive transport.
